Climbing = dying

So far I've tried to climb a fence in Vice City, across the Stadium, and a fence in Liberty City on the dam close to the airport. When I do so the character dies. The time in LC when dying the game even froze, but I'm not sure that's connected to the dying bug.
Maybe climb a fence/wall

That happens when you have the frame limiter off, it happens in normal SA too.
